Whirlpool / Kenmore Top Filter Dryer Question

Every time I sell something I get one of these in trade.
This needs the front panel clips (see in last pic ghost of the 2 missing ones?) that reside on front edge of the bottom of the machine holding the panel in place with a little tension. Is my second pic the right part?
