I installed the neutral drain kit on my LA5500XTWO as suggested in a previous thread. I also installed a new clutch assembly. It works as it should; however, when shifting into spin, it makes a buzzing noise that quickly goes away. That noise wasn't there before. Is this normal? If there's a problem, I suspect it is with the new clutch.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I uploaded a Youtube video. The cycle is permanent press. It first shifts in to low speed spin, stops, then shifts into high speed spin. The noise is more pronounced on high speed.

Thanks for any thoughts!

Yay! Success!

As it turns out, I had the brake cam driver incorrectly installed. I simply wasn't paying careful attention to what I was doing. After that was corrected, it runs like a top. I spent the rest of the evening adjusting the water level switch and doing some detailing.

I began repainting the cabinet last weekend. I'll touch up some uneven spots this weekend and it should be ready to go!

This has been a fun learning experience. My thanks to all who have given tips, advice, and direction!
