Definitely "low use".  It still has the "Magic Clean" filter decal and that dryer drum looks pristine.

The washer may be a little older than the dryer. The washer has the RCA emblem next to Whirlpool, so I'm thinking it is probably a '66. The dryer doesn't appear to have the RCA name, so it's probably a '67 or '68 model.
