That's....
....A JK 25. P*7 upper oven, conventional-clean lower oven. Very nice unit if you only have occasional needs for the second oven.
For folks who needed two ovens a lot, GE also made the JK 29, which had the P*7 feature on both the upper and lower ovens. Extremely nice unit, but GE didn't exactly give 'em away - they were pricey. They're kind of HTF now.

I bought one of these--just a bit newer judging by the knobs--that had never been installed. I upgraded from a non self cleaning GE double wall oven and love it.
Now, please keep an eye out for a matching drop in cook top with infinite controls. I like the push buttons and could adjust to using them, but I've got a man who cooks to keep happy as well...

It's the JP 86 cooktop, with the matching (and mandatory) JV 66 range hood.
The reason this might be of interest is that it's the only GE cooktop of the era (the photo is from the 1972 full-line catalog) with a Sensi-Temp burner - the right front 8-inch unit. The other three burners were pushbutton-controlled, it is true. At the right end of the range hood's front edge, you can see the Sensi-Temp dial.
If you have Sensi-Temp, you have absolutely accurate heat control. I have it on my J 370 range, and it is a delight, even though I'm completely comfortable with electric ranges and vastly prefer them to gas.
I imagine that these cooktops and hoods are not easy to find, but if you ever have the good fortune to run into a set, I'd grab it if I were you.

Sandy, I like that! Especially with the matching hood. While they might not be period perfect, I have also seen some that look close enough with infinite controls.

Here's the TOL JP 77 cooktop from the '71 catalog; it has infinite rotary controls on its little backguard.
This also came in a model that had the infinite rotary controls located in a matching range hood - Model JP 88, with the JV 68 hood.
These were all brushed chrome, not stainless. Sensi-Temp was not available, though you did get that grill/griddle. All were discontinued by the following year, 1972.
These choices would actually be earlier than your JK 25 oven, which is a mid-to-late '70s model.
