WCI-Westinghouse
White Consolidated Industries owned brand name Westinghouse, and they made this dishwasher.
Also sold under the many brand names WCI also owned such as Frigidaire and Gibson.
This 18" dishwasher both portable and built in was also sold under Kenmore brand for Sears.

WCI was the only American manufacturer IIRC at that time making 18" portable or built in dishwashers. So no matter the brand name things were all largely same under the hood. Kenmore per usual may have demanded a few changes, but otherwise things were what they were.
As for how good these units were, see comments about Frigidaire or Kenmore 18" dishwashers elsewhere in this forum.
Had Kenmore version of this 18" portable for several years until it died. Wasn't the worst dishwasher one had ever used, but not best either.
Capacity is limited not just because of size but also due to center tower. The latter limits what can go in bottom rack because center needs to be clear for water to reach upper rack.
Performance wise thing were clean enough, but glassware and cups in upper rack were prone to have yibbles inside. More so if one washed things like bowls from eating porridge, cereal, grains, etc..
