1980's-vintage...dryer probably needs a new belt, but has the porcelain top (not sheetmetal). Judging by the chrome knobs, washer appears to be a potato-pulley machine with "variable washing action". Can't beat the price!

I had a similar set at the shop a while ago,only I had a Kelvy badged washer,and a W/W dryer.
