Who Do We Know In Georgia?

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

We deal with city, state, county appliances all the time and I can pretty much rest assured that these are going to be pretty much scrap. These are usually from care homes, group homes, prisons and jails and are ridden hard and put away wet. When they are just too beaten up or worn out, they are surplused. If you're seeing newer models, it's because they are not worth repairs otherwise they'd be getting rid of older ones and keeping these. The cabinets may look halfway decent but what you're not seeing, the insides, will tell the story. Besides, just think how good those closed up refrigerators smell, baking in the sun...

Buyer Beware

Speaking as a resident of Georgia (metro Atlanta, Dekalb County), back away from the sale.  The State of Georgia is not doing anyone a favor by offering these for sale.  You can rest assured (as noted above) that these units are toast.

Hate to say it-those poor machines look like "test food" for SSI,Komar, and other compactors and shredders. As some members pointed out-these look pretty beat up to be really reused-perhaps they can be used for parts to fix other machines in better condition.

They do offer great stuff from time to time.

I have bought from them over the years.....
2 - 7' Baldwin concert grands that were in fantastic shape. (had to pick up in Athens Georgia)

2 - Kitchenaid Hobart KDS 18's that were hardly used if used at all. (in Atlanta)

Always fantastic prices!
