long before I started collecting washers I was in an antique store and saw this very large chrome adorned wringer washer. It almost had as much chrome on it as a 1950s caddy! I believe it was a kelvinator, I remember the silver knights helmet as the logo. It had the skirt that went to the floor and lots of other bells and whistles.being an artist I know that the designs changed as the times did. some companies kept the same design of their machines and others changed the outer shell. like the old maytags from 1939 stayed the same forever. I welcome any pics of the tricked out skirted wringer machines!!! thanks Bill
