Who wants a high end Filter Flo?

This looks to be a high end GE Filter Flo in Covington, KY (Right outside of Cincinnati) for $50.00. IT has a column of toggle switches or push buttons, a timer, and 3 knobs in between. I have never see one of these before. Looks 1980s.
