Why Inglis in the U.S.?

Recently, several different Inglis models of top load washers and matching dryers have shown up on the display floor of Best Buy. One of my co-workers bought one.

Does anyone know what they were doing here? I thought this WP brand was for Canada only or not for U.S. sale?
