Yes. You can put a 23 series upper rack in any 18 series unit. Should fit just fine and you gain all the functions of the adjustable racks that came on the Superba models and some Imperial and custom models. And of course, you gain the larger washarm that came out with the 19 series and continued thru the 23's
All the racks from the 18 thru the 23's are the same dimensions with slight variations in the racks but they all will interchange.
