Windmaker Fan Motor

The motor bearings are bad on my 35-ish years old 12" Windmaker fan.  I disassembled the motor months ago to clean/lube it, a couple bushings and/or spacers/washers broke to pieces.  It still runs but rattles badly.  Anyone have a suggestion how/where to find a replacement motor that'll work?

Try Johnstone Supply, Graingers, or Ebay. You may also find the spacers/bushings needed to repair your motor on line at McMaster-Carr.
