Lol good one.
I work on splits, heat pumps & VRF units maintenance & commissioning for different manufacturers.
Biggest problems with mini splits are the no name brands, brittle plastic parts, cheap Chinese electronics, thin copper tubing and a lot of them are badly installed.
The rare window units we have here in France are mostly old unbreakable R22 or R407C machines.
