They look Norge to me.
Certainly Norge. Look to be from the 80's.
I'd say Norge also and they are definitely NOT BOL. In addition to the timer knob, there are 3 other auxilliary knobs--temp, level, and speed. I'd go after them for sure. Very rare brand but will work very well with your Norge theme. In fact, the panels remind me a little bit of Monkey Wards Norges in the 1964 1965 time frame. Also notice, the lid hinges are metal and it's a side-opening lid. Coyld be older than 1980s.

I agree that they look like Monkey Norges. If you live nearby, I'd take some cash with me and take a look at them. If they're in good condition, I'd offer $50.00 for the pair and not be too surprised if they go for it. If it were me, I'd pay the extra 50 if it turned out to be a gas dryer.
