Wkend Find GE Filter Flo Set (Hope I posted right!)

Hi Gang,

I hope I'm in the right side. I don't know what year these are but I'm guessing by the color, that they are pre-1985..so don't shot me if I'm wrong. The model numbers are WWA7070VBLHA and DDE5300VALHA if that helps.

I got them in Concord which is about an hours drive from Sacramento and I paid $100 for the pair...seemed reasonable to me. There's a few scratches but for the most part they are in really good shape. Ran a mini basket load in the garage buy just filling up the tup with the hose, but it ran nice and quite. Will get it into the house in the next day or so.

This is the exact pair that I bought, used, for my sister 3 years ago. Her's is white though. It came fully decked out with the softener dispenser, and mini basket. It has survived 20 loads a week all that time, and shows no signs of slowing down. Its quite the work horse. Enjoy!

Very good catch! These look like about 77-78 or so, a neighbor of ours bought a very similar set of this year when they moved to a new house.

Great set! I believe this is the same set a friend of mine had in her townhouse---in Sacramento, coincidentally---and I loved the deeply-ramped agitator and the not-quite-solid tub. We sold the pair at a yard sale when she decided to move back to Minnesota. May you have many carefree loads with it!
