wtb: Miele W1918 / T1515 lid or stacking kit

Hoping to find a top lid and/or stacking kit (WTV309 or WTV313) compatible with the old W1918. It seems the lid is the same for the washer and dryer. The whole range of W1900 washers and T1500 dryers should also be the same. Since they are not made anymore, I'm willing to pay a pretty penny for one of these, thanks!
