I just recently purchased a 2020 Speed Queen Electronic control commercial home style hospitality washer, LWNE22SP115TW01 and did a 9 series control board conversion. Anyone longing for the 2017 9 series washer this is the way to go. The washer was $950 and the new board and touch pad about $250 additional. I have seen someone post it here before but just want to confirm what a wonderful 9 series washer you can still have with very little effort.

This is what a real washing machine looks, feels, sounds, functions and cleans like. I hope you experience the same sense of joy and satisfaction as I do. Every human is worthy of such an experience.

NO WAY!!!

I did not know Speed Queen still makes a commercial TL washer with an electronic control board. And you could actually swap out control boards! I'd assume the same could be done with the matching dryer too am I right?

Dryer Control Board

Yes, it works for the dryer as well.  I did an upgrade of a commercial washer and dryer with new control boards.  I think about the only difference is that the commercial dryer does not have a drum light where the home model did.

Commercial SQ

I did look into this awhile ago. My local dealers were not authorized to sell or were able to get the commercial models. Where or what kind of places do you get these commercial models from? Are residential customers able to go to a place that sells commercial appliances and buy them. I would be very skeptical about ordering this online. For warranty issues, you are better off to buy from a local dealer who will take care of the problem.

I purchased mine on line no issues. Yes most SQ dealers can get you the commercial units but usually a special order so don’t expect them very quickly. They only make the commercial units a couple times a year so sometimes you might have to wait until the next production run if they happen to be back ordered.
