I was just about to leave the house earlier today and I noticed what I thought was a couple pieces of trash in the front lawn. So I went to go pick them up and throw them away. Well the first one was just a plastic bag. Nothing to exciting. Well the second thing was this.

The whole thing all opened up. I have no clue where it came from. I sure don't have a lewyt in my collection, so I know it didn't come from me. I wonder if it came from a neighbor. It has a copyright of 1956 on it. Kind of cool.

Its a Lewyt vacuum cleaner filter cone-these were used in the model before the "Big Wheel" model as shown on the cone.Filter Queen sued Lewyt over these cone filters. So Lewyt went to the bags as in the Big Wheel model-you do have a vacuum cleaner memorobilia collectors item.Clever of Lewyt to advertise their new model vacuum cleaner on an older model filter!I am looking for a Lewyt Big Wheel vacuum for my collection-the search is slow.

Don't you imagine it escaped someone's trash? I have that model Lewyt, I use Filter Queen cones in it. It's a powerful vacuum.
