Im looking into buying a machine like this what should i be looking at to pay for one?

The cabinet is in remarkably good condition. Most of the time, these machines have been painted, as have several of my dishwashers and electric sinks. From the photo of the inside, it definitely has been used.
I have not heard back from the seller yet.
Hard to tell just what kind of a price we are looking at here on this Youngstown.

I was thinking in the price range of like two grand for how old it is and it looks like it doesn't really need anything done to it.But im not sure what i would give for it. im just looking for a little guidance before i get took for my money.

2 Grand is off by about a Grand
and 8/10ths of a Grand,if it isn't in the original unbroken
factory packing crate.

So I should only pay about 200 for a machine that old?

I would think 200 is fair. It's not like vintage huge dishwashers have significant collector appeal. I bought one local here in lesser condition for 50. The issue will be finding a buyer that can pick it up.

mike, i just found out i have
4 days off in a row and am going to cleveland/buffalo this weekend to pick up 3 dishwashers, 2 g.e.'s and a frigidaire dishmobile. if i could help you get this machine i would, i could pick it up for you but i don't think the truck i am renting would hold an electric sink plus 3 more machines.
i will e mail you directly tonite after work.
