Help Support :

Hey oke something really offtopic but I want to ask something about your dryer.
What's the capacity? How large was your load of towels? How long took it to get them dry? Was it spun at the famous Speed Queen 700 rpm? Sorry for all these questions but I'm just curious so why not :D

Hi

I have only had the dryer a few weeks so still getting used to it. Its a 9kg Condenser sensor dryer. The towels are 4 very large bath sheets. (Can't tell you the weight..sorry). Also im unable to give you the drying time because its a sensor dryer and I havn't timed anything yet. I have the setting set to "extra dry" which basically means dry. "Cupboard Dry" I find just isn't dry enough for me as there is still moisture left in the clothes. On Extra dry things feel a bit damp when they come out but once you leave them to sit and cool down they are dry ready to put away.I always use half / low heat which will of course extend the drying time but I personally don't like using full heat for anything.
I also couldn't tell you if the spin speed on the speed queen is 700rpm. I don't actually know the spin speed so if 700rpm is standard then its good to know.

Sorry I havn't been able to answer your questions very well.

Hey, sparkymarky1973, Are you Hoover3060? Those are his same 1975 Hotpoint and Speed Queen Commercial machines.

Questions

Aamasther,

A: Does Miele have their own brand of washing powder in the USA? I have never seen those cartons here in the Netherlands.

B: The program selector of your washer seems confusing. You say that "Temp boost" is selected, but it could just as well be "Delicates". I can't see the difference between the two positions. Is it a picture artifact?
