Alex, I'm always wondered how could you get a dryer living in the sunniest zone of Italy!!!

Maybe cause you wanted to go on looking clothes tubling?! I figure out it could be like so, because you have a rare windowed lid dryer... only Whirlpool and Bosch have them here!

Microwave?

That looks more like a microwave oven than a dryer. Interesting way to dry clothes! I can't recall any other square-windowed front loaders, aside from some Westinghouse slant-fronts, some American combos, and early Hamilton made dryers.

That Hotpoint Ultima is a very sharp looking machine. I think it's my favorite! The Hoover also looks nice... That Calypso reminds me of when I worked at Sears... they had one as a floor model when they first came out. Of course I had my eyes on the Maytag Neptune with touch screen, I just didn't like that the door wasn't transparent.

So, here is one of my today´s loads.

Bedlinen, towels, underwear, kitchentowels and other stuff

I gave them a 60° wash with some Gut&Billig (=>good&cheap) powder and half a cup of Vernel softner.
