would you please confirm something for me, no worries if you dont want to give the exact details but where in the UK are you?

I recieved a rather weird phonecall today from a repair shop asking if I had a spare Zanussi machine. Saw this thread and that was the model number they were asking me for. Was not you whom was in the shop enquiring?

Aquarius 1984, if my hoover ever breaks down are you able to source reconditioned vintage machines that I could replace it with?

Hi Aquarius 1984, sorry now it was not me because I live in Northumberland, Nice photo though of you with the machine, My machine was taken away almost two weeks ago and replaced with a brand new machine

Oh I made no phone calls to anywhere about this just e-mailing this discussion thred to see if anyone has any old pictures of this good machine, Pervious to 1981 we had a Hoover De luxe only four years old and was the worst machine hoover made which cost that company dearley the Zanussi S218T made it many times over with better build than many cars
