i thought it would be fun to talk about some of zanussi's past washing machine models coz i love electrolux/zanussi washing machines i own a zanussi dishwasher as a matter of fact
and i love it. when i was little i would always sit infront of my nan's zanussi washing machine for hours spinning around
it is a slimline machine and it holds 4 kg load and it is 18 years old and still going strong maby later in the week i will upload some piccys to go wtith the thread ta verry aegokocarat :)

I grew up with a Zanussi S218T, and then later a 1996 Jetsystem 1200 (model number escapes me). Fantastic washers! Shame they see, to have gone down the pan lately

^It's easier when it's your own machine because you look at it all the time :P. I have an Electrolux BW450 dishwasher and I love it.

I haven't seen Mum's Zanussi in 4 years now, as she replaced it with a Bendix branded Zanussi when the bearings went on the old one. I remember, it was the model with the programs on the dispenser drawer and the more square top, as opposed to the later rounder top models. It also had the pop-out dial and variable temp dial.

yeh that's true but oddly enough i remember the model of my sisters zanni zwf 100070 w it is a discontinued model now
but it looks like the basic zanussi models ya know with the knob for the frogrammes and a couple of rectangular buttons we got it for her in 2007 i remember feeling like a kid in a swwt shop when i first saw it and a remember ripping the pacaging open and and opening the door to retreve the hand books ahhh good days!!!! :)

^when you reply, look at the bottom of the screen, and you should see a bit that says "Upload JPEG Format Picture to share in message" and then under it, a button that says "Choose File". It's pretty self explanatory from there.

sudden flash back!!!

your mums bendix reminds me of when my other sister was reting a flat and when i went to visit lo behold in the kitchen a bendix washing machine it went so damn well with he 80's bendix cooker coz it was a bendix!

crikey that is one solid dishwasher i used to have an old 4 programme indesit no piccys and i don't know the model number
but it was the best dishwasher we ever ownd until the facia cracked and then we had a candy it was crap it never cleand anything then after two years of having a candy we bought our current machine a zanussi witch is from 2007 (at least i think it is)

My Mum has a 2001 Indesit, which is awful, however her 1992 Indesit that she had before it was brilliant.

The Elux is brilliant! It does a pre-wash, main wash, cold rinse, hot rinse and dry cycle in 50 minutes. It washes anything! It really has it's work cut out for it in this house as I cook a lot sauces and soups etc that are often difficult to get off, but it has no problem with any of it, and all my dishes come out spotless!

my zanni dishwasher did have a minor fault. when the washer is on at the same time as the dishwasher and it gos to spin it flushes dirty wash water into the dishwashe and then it leeks but my dad fixed it now soo it dosent leek

it flushes dirty wash water into the dishwasher...

Is that even physically possible unless you have your washing machine draining INTO the dishwasher??
