Right,
After chewing baco foil with the beko WME7247S and throwing away loads of clothes that it ruined, I got a replacement for it.
The replacement is a zanussi ZWG7160P flexi-dose, I am fully awear that this machine is the same machine that AEG30 had prior to owing a Jetsystem, and that he has had problems with his, but it honestly is an amazing bit of kit. It washes really well and rinses well too, the 1600 spin is shockingly gentle compared to the bekos harsh 1400 spin and I have found one or two favorite cycles too.
The beko would stretch and/or put holes in garments even if a slower spin was selected which baffled me, I saved for the machine since January and I got the machine on the 5th of April.
I will get round to taking some photos tomorrow.

Hi There,

I'm pleased to hear of your purchase of the Zanussi Flexidose ZWG7160P. I had this machine prior to getting my Zanussi Jetsystem ZWH7122J.

I did a post in Jan 2012 when I first got the machine. I have attached a link below showing pics of the machine. Unfortunately, I didn't get on with the machine due to the sensitivity of the unbalanced sensor and I had a problem with powder being left on duvets when the machine would 'chuck' powder from the top of the porthole. This only happened with duvets though. I sold it on Ebay and got my ZWH7122J from John Lewis. The 1600RPM spin is effective but that only ever spins at that full 1600RPM if the load is 100% stable.

I wish you many happy years use with your Zanussi machine.

Thanks AEG03 :)
Im hoping it lives a good life since I dont use it all the time (I dont really create piles of washing and I like to use my other machines) and I hope its still alive when I move into my own flat because then I can take it with me and take its matching dryer too :)

I trust it will be fine. It appears to be a pretty well made machine. We didn't have any problems with reliability of ours and the one we had was used around 3 or 4 times a week. The machine was always very stable and never had any vibration, even with its slightly smaller shell.

One thing I liked about this machine is how it used to reduce the wash time significantly based on the absorbency of the load, also the rinse cycle drum rhythm varies. Do you notice this on yours? On my current Zanussi Jetsystem, the machine doesn't adapt the wash time, only the water used on wash and rinses.

Ive noticed that the cooldown and rinse levels vary, but one thing I have noticed that it doesnt do is distrubute when rinsing like yours did with extra rinse selected.

Hi again,

In order to make Distribution Filling occur on the rinses you need to select Extra Rinse WITH Superquick option selected otherwise it doesn't do it.

Hope this helps. :)
