I was going to say Kelvy too, but I wasn't sure about the vertical pull.  Between that and the scalloped treatment on the front, it seems older than 1949.  I also don't know if Kelvy offered that gliding center shelf either.  Regardless, it's a nice fridge -- just not $350 worth of nice.

Ralph, I think that gliding drawer under the freezer compartment was known as a chiller drawer or something like that.  Our fridge had that.  I don't remember what it as used for.  My first apartment in college had an early to mid 1960s NOT frost-free Hotpoint with the "little" door for the freezer section.  There was a sliding full-width plastic chiller drawer under the "freezer" compartment.  I think I may have used that to dump ice from the trays there.

Bob, I meant the full width shelf in the center of the fridge -- the next one above the crispers.  It appears to glide and has a rail at the back of it to keep things from toppling off.

That drawer below the freezer is for meat storage per the lettering on the freezer door.  That's an odd arrangement, having to open the freezer door to get at the meat drawer.   Why not make the door shorter and label the meat drawer itself like everybody else did?

Kenny, I remember that flap on a '60s or '70s fridge when I lived in a rental, but I don't remember the make.   IIRC, leaving it in the "colder fridge" position resulted in stuff against the rear wall of the fridge section freezing.
