Wanted: good old kitchen aid washer

My wife's samsung washer just broke for the 3rd time in 4 yrs. Looking for a good older kitchen aid like we had yrs ago that never broke. We're located in Dyer IN close to chicagoland area. Willing to ship or drive if needed.

Last November, my neighbor across the driveway tossed out a 4 year old Samsung washer AND matching dryer.
Both were deemed by a serviceman as not worth repairing, parts not available.
Only Four Years Old!.... and the washer alone sold for $700. too.

I'm sure you've heard about the story of a Samsung washer blowing apart on spin cycle and parts tearing a hole in the owner's laundry room walls.
Or the ones that caught fire due to electrical issues.
The internet is loaded with complaints and class action lawsuits of Samsung products, tv's included.

When I worked as a professional service tech for many years till 2016, I saw a lot of their tv's come through the shop's door.

You couldn't give me any Samsuck products!
