Commercial Blender

Does anyone know of a good commercial grade blender? By commercial I mean something that a smoothy bar or restaurant would use.

Is there a Wasserstrom store located near you? They are usually very helpful in suggesting the correct product. They also have a Website. Most cities of any size have a restaurant supply place.

I see Waring still makes commercial models. They also carry Vita-mix, Cuisinart, Robot-coupe', etc.

Looks like the Breville Super Q is the winner in that video.

Is such performance possible in toggle switch models? I remember years ago being at smoothy restaurant that had blenders with a single toggle switch, ran most of the day, and made everything super smooth. I'd go for one of those.

That Breville is super pricey.. I'd probably be looking at that second place Kitchenaid... maybe on sale for black friday. Surprising how badly those new Vitamixes and Blendtecs did.

For the money I am wondering if I can find a blender with a beefier but ditches the electronic control for a toggle switch. Though, sadly, it seems like some of the toggle switch models now have "soft start" control boards in them.
