Micro fridges actually-little peltier cooled plastic desktop toy fridges that hold a few cans of soda. Hundreds of thousands of these chinese made things under recall...

They are also horribly inefficient.
Most of them use more power than a standard fridge of much larger capacity.

Found some pics of these micro fridges and it looked like the detachable power cord socket at back are arc-faulting out. While looking, discovered recent full size Frigidaire are "catching fire": emitting smoke when PTC device/start cap plugged onto compressor burns up...

cord sockets/interlocks have been an arc-fault fire hazzard for decades-the two energized points are too close together should the socket get wet a few times too many, bad design, or some residue that becomes conductive on it . The regular FD refrigerator compressor start device burning up problem just crap imported parts.

Beko fridges from Turkey have caused kitchen fires in the UK as far back as 2015 ish?
I think it would help to dial things back a bit and be mindful of how some comments might be interpreted by others.
