    Scrape up what you can. Use rubbing alcohol on cotton balls/swabs and paper towels. Blot, blot, blot....repeat. Time consuming, but it usually works. Work a microscopic area at a time. A fresh straight edge razor blade can be helpful for carefully scraping as you work. I once spent a week...
