From my grandmothers house. Probably a mid to late 80s Fridgidaire. Does anyone have a video of the wash action of this agitator. YouTube searches were not fruitful.
For your viewing pleasure. The dead board. The washer does seem to spin better now may be my imagination now. Not so quick to chicken out on heavy loads.
Those guards do serve a purpose. Unless you immediately clean the filter BEFORE you take them out of the dryer, pulling clothes across that area will attract the lint. Sad they are cheaping out. Especially since the price has doubled.
My front load Speed Queen (2 years old) is dead. Will not power up. Nothing on “resetting it” in the owners manual. Plugging and unplugging does nothing. Digital controls. Any suggestions? Everyone is closed till after Christmas.
I love my 13 year old Goodman. Runs like a champ--scroll compressor as well. I've been rocking along at 72 in day and 69 at night. :) New E-Glass windows keeping it cool.
Got mine. Seems to smell like men's musk cologne? Maybe something triggering that association. My 80 load was was teeny tiny. Worlds smallest laundry scoop. :) How neat. Haven't cleaned anything real dirty yet.
