Welcome Welcome aboard i'm still kinda new but i came across this site back in 2002 and i rarely post stuff on here but i did awhile back on my hotpoint washer that i have so anyway i hope you enjoy this site as much as we do.

Yeah he got what he deserved hung like a dog that he is and hopefully the war can be done with and bring our troops home safe and sound.

The hotpoint that i have is a mid 90's the model number is WLW1500BBLAD but i do remember the one's with that handwash agitator,But i like the one that i got which was a curbside find and it works really good except when i got it whomever had it had driven long wood nails down the agitator too...

I did but it went to appliance heaven and i don't have room for appliance since i live in a mobile home,maybe someday again i'll build up my collection.

I'm sorta new at posting things but i've posted before about my hotpoint washer that i do have,But i do love this site and been coming on here and looking at all of the old classic washers and dryers and etc.So i hope to make new friends and so forth and we're not alone for our love of washers :-)

Powders on way out? Well i guess liquid is good to remove stains but powders do get clothes cleaner me personaly I like Arm & Hammer powdwer and Cheer,Tide is also good but tends to suds more but it get clothes really clean so let's try to keep powders around.

Well i finally got it fixed for now till i can get a new rubber piece thank god for duct tape...LOL it washes like it's suppose to :-) I'm happy with it

Hi Austin and thanks i did see a vaned rubber thing at it is pretty worn out and i thought a bolt and a cap held everything down but i was messing around with it today and i noticed the rubber part was holding it down but who ever had it before me didn't know that,They had driven nails around...

Hi and thanks for your help.No it doesn't have a bolt and neither a cap but i did look on repair clinic for one and i thought about maybe getting a new agitator but it was priced too high but who knows.if you can find out anymore about the problem let me know.

Hey guys i have a hotpoint washer one of the newer one's and how do you go about changing the agitator because it has one of those flexie one's and i wanna maybe replace it with a dual action one so please help me how to remove it.

Yeah GE has gone to heck in a handbasket,i'm glad that i don't own a GE,except for the older......older is better..lol,like laundromat said boycot GE.

yeah what year do you think it is? i'm a musician and i play guitar so guitars are my second love....washers are my first :-)
