Yellowing plastic Does anyone have any tricks to get the yellowish plastic to white again?

He scrapped the dryer last week. Said he couldn’t figure out how to start it. And assumed it was junk. He almost scrapped this one too. I have some days off In June to work on it. I would love to hang out again for a washer day.
