ha ha Rolls_Rapid, I can well believe that they throw away the base plate!. It really is unbelievable that hoover are now producing the worst machines on the market now! (no offense Rinse_hold, it looks fantastic by the way!)

Aqua Stop Strange the video says only bosch washers have the aqua stop (anti flood device), I have seen them on Miele and AEG appliances. Some dishwashers have had an anti fllod device for 25 years!.

Your spot on about the bleaching agent making the difference Seamus, liquid contains no bleach neither does any detergnet that is for colours, that is making the difference, even more so than the temperature.

I think thats where the comparison with bosch ends, with the looks. It might last as lons as a bosch but I would be very supprised. good luck anyway. . .
