    Frigidaire WDR-64 Washer

If I could afford the shipping costs, I would take that puppy and the Frigidaire dryer that is the close match. Why General Motors ever stopped making them still mystifies me. These were some of the best.

    Ugly and Old - Not!!!!

Why can't any of these show up in Houston? I would love to have this machine, but just cant afford to have it shipped here, dad always loved the turquoise coin op machine we had at one time. Washed the clothes like a dream, and clean as a whistle.

OH....MY...GOD..... That is the EXACT same Speed Queen my Mom bought brand new at a Firestone store when I was like 5 years old, it worked beautifully and only needed to have a belt and pump replaced. It was the last brand new one she bought until we got our newer SQ set in 98...everything else...

Interesting view from a warehouse roof--------

that Match-All dryer is the EXACT same one Mom had, right down to the color, that thing was a work horse, and not in bad shape, was bought at an estate auction for 50 bucks, she bought it in 84 and it lasted until 97 when the motor finally died on it.

WOW!! Never saw a Lady Exec Hotpoint before....pretty cool how it offered an option to soak clothes before advancing into wash. Must have been their answer to the Lady Kenmore.

A Kenmore alphabet washer. We bought one at a used appliance store and it was the best damned machine. Had the gold Roto-Swirl agitator..it was missing the fabric softener dispenser from the top. Mom actually found one in a box of stuff she got at an auction. We put it on...voila!! perfect fit...

    My Pink 1963 Maytag Highlander

I love that machine. My mother bought a white one just like that for my cousin at an auction for EIGHT DOLLARS. The only thing it needed were new hoses and she used it for like 7 or 8 years and gave it to her sister who used it til it finally died....and that was only like 10 years ago. Its...
