Thanks everyone for all of the kind words. The "pink" Maytag is a beautiful machine and I was so blessed that Greg gave it to me. I had it shipped down here last January so it has been here a while. It is a fun machine, so very quiet and when you hear it run you can just hear the "Quality" that they use to build into them. Terry

I love that machine. My mother bought a white one just like that for my cousin at an auction for EIGHT DOLLARS. The only thing it needed were new hoses and she used it for like 7 or 8 years and gave it to her sister who used it til it finally died....and that was only like 10 years ago. Its amazing how well those things were built.
