I will say 606 for sure. 2sp, 4 water level, 3 temp all cold rinse, + piolot light. Looks early 70's to me for some reason. "Permanent press" started in 67 or 68? The earlier versions breifly said "wash'n'ware"?

I will put my vote in for a Bosch. We have one and it is great. Cleaning is excellent! And very quiet.
