    The perils of "Dexcool"?....

I've been told by many mechanics that the orange stuff is garbage and you need to flush it more often than it says you need to to avoid the sludge. They've said you can change back to the green but you must flush the whole system very thoroughly to get all the orange out first before filling...

    Chevy 350 small block V8

The Chevy 350 small block is the easiest to work on, most versatile and run damn near forever if taken care of. It's probably the most popular engine GM put out. There are many different performance parts both OEM and aftermarket for these engines to make the engine as economical or as powerful...

    The Short Cycle Gallery

I noticed in that manual that you can't select a warm rinse with a hot wash too. Easy way around that though. Select a warm wash and rinse turn off the cold faucet for the wash fill.

Sta-Puf Fabric Rinse & Other Long Gone Products

Man I would love to see Dash back in the stores. I miss the scent of that stuff and it really did an excellent job of cleaning. My Grandma used it religiously from the time it came out til they stopped making it. I loved the smell of Sta-Puf too.

    Bye Bye Wisk, hello PERSIL???

Oh also, for the 100 ounce bottle you get 2 less loads according to the label and it's almost $4 more. The scents are overpowering and to me not very appealing.

    Bye Bye Wisk, hello PERSIL???

I bought 4 bottles from walmart tonight. I wrote to them a professionally worded letter about how disappointing it was that they are stopping production of Wisk. They wrote me back. Here's what they said.

if you could travel back in time to buy your dream vintage washer dryer set what would it be

Probably an obvious answer to this question but I'm curious. Is it possible to convert a 71 Lady Kenmore to the 18 pound capacity tub and still be able to use the Vari Flex agitator in it?

    Bye Bye Wisk, hello PERSIL???

I just saw this on their site. I'm very disappointed. Wisk has been my favorite since I first posted about it. It never fails, once I fall for something, it's always taken away :(

    Good news on the dryer

So I had the chance today to put a leaf blower to the dryer vent. Some lint came out of the pipe from the roof but not a lot. I also re-positioned the vent hose from the dryer and I think that was the main problem. I washed a load of sheets and used the automatic setting. They were dry in about...
