How Drew got his groove back...

Yes, I'm pretty sure the tools would have been a very light shade of blue, almost the same as the hose.  I have a mint green Celebrity as well, and the tools have the slightest green tint to them.  Those coloerd tools are pretty rare, you'll probably be better off watching for an attachment set...

    Presto Pizza Player

We do! We have one, need to give it a try again, haven't used it in quite a while. We felt like we got mixed results the last few times we did use it, however, I'm willing to give it another try. Robert calls it the "pizza-go-round".

How Drew got his groove back...

Nice Save, Drew! Lovely restoration Drew! That machine is from about 1977-1979, I would say, give or take a year. The last iteration of Celebrity had the "Quadraflex Powermatic" power nozzle, which is totally different than that one, so your is about middle of the run. The Celebrity was out...

Today's STEAL! Immac. Sunbeam CG-1 waffle iron

We have one (mabye two) of those waffle irons. I found one of them when I was living in NC - at a thrift store - for a song. The cord was still wrapped from the factory and it had only been used a few times. They do make amazing waffles; the owners manual is posted on Ephemera; I usually make...

    Interesting Oster

That's quite lovely! An Oster KC is on my list of things to acquire at some point. I do love the hologram sticker, but agree - never seen one with chrome buttons before. I may have a similar Oster problem, but I've gotten better. :-)

    New-2-us 19550's GE electric range

Yay GE Range!! Congratulations on your beautiful range!  There is NOTHING like cooking on a pushbutton GE range.  We had a yellow '56 Liberator, and last year about this time found one in pink.  The thread linked to below illustrates the struggle we went through in trying to decide pink or...

    Out with the red...

Very nice! Love the choices you made! Is that a SONOS speaker I see to the left of the sink? First learned about those last weekend when staying with some friends in Milwaukee, and am very intrigued by them.

Some advise please - Dishmaster faucet

I assume you're asking about the main sink faucet... We had a single handle Delta that worked well and it had been in place for 10 or so years. It was aging, and we decided to upgrade to something a bit prettier and wanted a different look. We also wanted the garbage disposal switch and a soap...

Some advise please - Dishmaster faucet

Here are some photos of the faucet, I just happened to be going through the photos on my phone, and found them. I know we found it online somewhere, and it had to have a removable aerator; some don't. I did a quick search this morning and couldn't find it. I'm pretty sure it took a while to...

POLL: Dishwasher Door - to latch or not?

Yep, our DWs are always closed and latched.. It's easier to remember now that the light stays on... I've left the door unlatched before.

    frigidaire

That range is beautiful!! Greg, I'm sure it would fit in a carry-on! We have a Frigidaire DW in Stratford Yellow in the basement...very low usage, maybe 5 or 6 times. One of Robert's "retirement" machines. :-)
