Hi or heavy duty from Whirlpool means they usually have stronger bearings and suspension, thicker drum material etc to take the extra use they get. I think Whirpool heavy duty front loader machines in the UK are designed for 15 loads a week. I guess Miele already have stronger bearings anyway...
