Very nice plan but like countryguy/Gary look at maybe changing places with the MW Nand oven with the Fridge. Or even have a 10 to 12 inch cabinet added to the right of the fridge to hold canned goods on roll out or to hold baking sheets and cake pans.
Back when in the 1950's Robert Hall was the onl store open on Sundays in our area. Had lots of shoppers then as nothing else was open. At least in the Oklahoma City area. The in the 60's GEMCO and AMC membershio stores opened and also opened on Sundays there.

Kevin use hot water and Foca to soak the items in then drain and use more Foca in the washer. Then just a touch of blue Suavatel for the rinse. That gets the smell our. I had a son that worked at Long John Silvers in highschool and that too out the smell.

My cousins dads mother had this machine. Brings back memories. We had as our first washer a timed fill AMP from 1956. With the agitaor (Gyrator) like a wringer ha d the smaller post. Back when Maytags were the best. I wish you good luck on getting the rust stoped and the inner tub fixed.
Brings back memories of my wifes brother and sister in law set they bought in the Black for new home they moved into. They had very hard water and the depsencers cloged up byt they had until 2001. Now the 80 series set.
Deep Hole on the back left.
That hole is the deep well and it should have a big pan that fits in it. It was like a crock pot now. Could be used to deep fry too.
The best home popped pop corn was the twin pack kind one side had the coconut yellow oil and the other the corn. Was just like from the picture show. We had the old stove top whirly popcorn maker.
I have see them hard wired in and with the pig tails. My mothers was hard wired in and mother in laws was a pig tail 4 prong plug in. It does depend on codes where you live.
