    Chachp  go to on of your local  Harp's foods in your area and look for the Always Save boxes of the whipped toping.  It is just like the Dream whip.  Really good and is less then 0.50 per box.    One box is equal to one envelope of Dream Whip.

    Opinions on Kitchen Aid hand mixers.

    Have the 9 speed KA and it is great. So quite and never bogs down.  It replaced our 1967 Sunbeam hand mixer which finally striped the gear.

    So how did all the laundry washing do?  I know you are happy not having to used the old cruddy machines.  Now to save money get a jar and for every load you do put in a quarter or even a dime and then you can use that for something you want next.

    Detergent in bags In the early 90's I know Tide came out with the plastic bags dry detergent and you could order for free the plastic holder for it.  They also had the plastic bags for the liquid.   I still have the dry detergent holder and use it to hold my STTP.

    Spotted during a call... A Roto Broil 400

    My grandparents had two of these and used one at the lake cabin for cooking. They also had two electric skillets and 2 electric sauce pans and a electric pressure cooker along with a GE percolator and an Iona blender. Was a nice thing for them in the early 1960's.
