Oh dear, I thought this is a public forum where everyone can give his or her opinion about appliances. Since when has someone to be asked about that? If you don’t like a certain opinion then skip it and perhaps write your own.
Cake anyone?
Yes, I’m a control freak too. I like my Siemens very much, but I hate the fact that it can only do a cotton spin. You have to baby sit it and prevent that it will spin too long. And no “dial pushing” lol
My thoughts exactly! It will fill up my balcony so much that will not be able to sit there. But I bet it will sell. Marketing is more important these days than the usefulness of products.
Thank you Eddie for sharing the car and your story about what roll it played in your life. Glad it’s over for you. I hope it brings some good memories of your father back too.
Oh dear! White laundry mixed with colours, washing in cold water and who knows what else. Such abominations! I am proud to say I still use the highest temperature available and still separate my laundry.
Appalled in the Netherlands...
Thanks Tom for another of my favourite classic cars.
That Horizon Blue is a lovely colour, no wonder it was so popular.
And thank you for the link to that awesome brochure!
Wow Eddie, such a touching story. No wonder you think back at that every time you see a light blue one.
The car in the picture was for sale recently. In another life I would have seriously considered to buy it.
Yes Tom, I noticed that too. Must have happened in some kind of restoration. Perhaps they weren’t able to purchase the right part and just painted damaged parts.
Here’s another one in blue. I wondered if those red wheels were original.
