Don't get either. Your current machine is a lot better than those two offerings! Your WDT1061 beats them hands down, no competition!. Get your local engineer to replace the on/off switch, common part, not a expensive repair, start making some calls tomorrow am!

Its a quality machine, better than the latest offerings from Electrolux, just pay a engineer to fix it!

These are very good machines and last a long time, a lot longer than Hotpoint's latest offerings. Why not call out a local engineer who will be able to fix it and will have the expertise to give it the once over.

Well done for making the modification. The Zanussi jet system machines have the jet system spraying through the door seal opening. Why not try adapting the current door seal to allow for the jet system, got to be easier than drilling holes in the drum?.

I beg to disagree, those in the trade know how flimsy these machines are, take the lid off and see how easily the 4 seperate pannels move!. anyway good luck with yours!. ;)
