    When it's stopped the agitator does not spin. When it is just starting to spin you can hold the agitator but when it speeds up it starts grabing. Thanks

    Thank You! Thank You! Customer said his belt was broken on the washer and I had never looked at it. It was a coupler. Are the 285753A couplers better than the older without the metal incerts?
