“Lemair” haier portable caravan washing machine help

Hey guys, I picked up a portable Haier/lemair washing machine, at the moment there is an issue where it doesn’t wash Austin, I’ve replaced the capacitor and it’s still not working, is it alright if I could use a motor from a different manufacturer slightly different wiring colour but it looks the same, i’ll send a photo of what the machine looks like and I’ll let you guys know how the motor swap goes

So I’ve done the motor swap, but there is a small issue,

has before when I have the original motor Inn the machine would kick into spin with the entire basket rotating, now it only appears that the wash plates spins, I’ll have a look at the clutch mechanism and I might even change some of the hoses around just to be sure
How’s the elbow on the newer hose is quite long
