18" Miele DW For Free

This is on my local Nextdoor for sale/free listings, (no link since nobody here has access).  It appears to be a model G 811 SC. 

 

I'm Not sure from the grammar in the ad, but I think it may have only been used 9 or 10 times.  Either that or it only operates 9 out of 10 times you go to use it on average.  I have messaged the owner for clarification.

 

I don't need one, but could it be portable-ized?   I have a friend with a space where it could be parked as a portable.

Many years ago now Ikea sold a kit that converted built in Miele dishwashers to portable IIRC. Have not seen one in ages but am on the hunt.

It might already be gone.  I'm waiting to hear.  The owner confirmed that it's the 9 times out of 10 situation.  I know that on my own full size Miele, sometimes you push the start button and it just blinks.  Push it again and the machine starts right up.  I don't know what causes this, but think it has to do with which cycle option was chosen the previous time it was used.
