They show a money shot of that very nice unissued dishwasher-how bout a money shots of the washer and dryer?
Since the timer dial has the Pots/Pans, Normal, Rinse Hold, Light/China indicators why are pushbuttons also necessary?

KM Pair and KA DW
The KM pair is Kenmores first electronic washer, these were made from some time in 1977 into 1978, the dryer is also fully electronic but still has electro-mechanial buttons. How rare are these? they were TOL and expensive in their day, so they did not sell in the numbers that slightly less expensive models did, but we saw quite a few back in the 1980s, the washer in particular had several durability problems in the control area. These early electronic machines were almost guaranteed to break within ten yeras or so, machines today are many times more reliable.
The KA DW does appear to be unused, it would be a great machine to upgrade to a Supberba. On this DW you only needed to close the door and push the cycle button and the timer would slowly advance to the start of the desired cycle.

thank you! Right now I am in a patent foray , final time up to bat so to speak so until that passes I'll have to wait to get together but I'll let you know and we can finally meet and you can see my collection too.
I'd love to get a window door for that dryer those are boss dryers!
