It looks like this fridge is also on e-bay. There's more in the description than in the Facebook ad, and he says there are shelves for it: "What a rare find! How many WW2-era/MCM French-door refrigerators have you ever seen?! This refrigerator had been used as a basement spare for many years. It measures about 67.25” x 30” x 38”. Gets frosty and runs well though it’s loud. Rusting near the bottom. Chrome is in good shape and metal is all solid. If you’re into the real deal—the predecessor to today’s modern fridge—this is the one-of-a-kind for you! If you’re going to invest in a total overhaul, this baby will combine real vintage with today’s size standard. Comes with shelves. Pickup on first level. Matt 2014036358"

1946 .....

was the year Crosley "invented" the refrigerator door shelves (hence, The Shelvador name) and had the patent for 7 years before other manufacturers could use the idea. Well, actually Crosley bought the door shelf patent from a guy who Crosley originally offered a 1% deal of all refrigerator profits going forward. His wife talked him out of it and he took the cash offer of $50k. Hindsight shows he would have made over a million dollars in just 9 years!
