I think that motor is too new, based on the "Kirkland" reference.  Price Club, which became Costco, didn't exist in 1965 and the Kirkland brand has only existed for 25 or years at most, I think.

 

Your best bet is to get the part number off of the motor and cross reference it with on line listings, or find a donor machine from the range of years John mentioned above.
 
I believe a motor from a 60’s Maytag HOH dryer with the Emerson Electric motor will fit since my ‘63 Whirlpool Imperial dryer has the same Emerson Electric motor that was used on some of the Maytag HOH dryers in the 60’s.
 
Why yes, the motor can be rebuilt. The difficult part is finding a place that does that. About 20 years ago, the motor went on the air compressor. One place wanted to take it in trade because of what the motor is, 115/230 volt reversible heavy duty my grandfather got back in the day. I can't remember how much it cost, I want to say $500 for it, but it works like it's 1978
