1954 philco V handle

I'm having some problems with my philco, I'm looking for anyone that knows about these old gems. What's happening is the compressor runs and the expansion valves get frosty but but nothing in the fridge or ice box. It has freon but that's as much as I know about this system. I also haven't been able to find any info on it either. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

Cool Fridge.

I'm definitely not a refrigeration expert but a few things to check - and you might need to have a repairman come out for this:

1. Plugged capillary tube?

2. Low Charge? Expansion valve may still get cold but not enough cooling to cool the fridge.

3. Is there a condenser cooling fan? Is it working?

4. The thermostat could be bad.
